These phones allow you to set the soft keys to whatever you wish. This phone has smaller limits when compared with the PT-480e (such as directory list, redial list, etc.), and, also is not menu driven context senstive. However, it is also less expensive so can be a good choice where money concerns are more important. The PT-470 are well made, quality phones that have up to 30 feature soft-keys that you can define for use with your Talkswitch. This phone is superior to the PT-480e phones offered by other resellers, however, it is not superior to our scripted 480e phones. The flexibility given by those 30 soft-keys can be a good reason to use this phone.
