These phones are not the scripted version, this is the plain Aastra version sold on competitors web sites. You use the Aastra web configurator to program these phones. If you are going to use this phone with a Talkswitch system, then, you might consider the pre-programmed version as it has more functions, or, maybe the PT-470 which has more function keys.
