The Bizfon multi tenant with voice vault card adds the following functionality to the Bizfon 680:
- The use of virtual extensions
- More Voice Mail Memory, 4 hours additional (a 2 hour is also available)
- 4 Additional Informational Messages, use to record directions, service hours, etc. and accessible from the auto attendant.
- Allows up to 3 companies to share the same Bizfon 680 phone system. Companies are determined by which line a call came in on.
- Extensions can be shared amongst the companies, or, divided up however you want. A single extension can be part of multiple companies.
- Each company has access to their own auto attendants, and each can have their own operator, or, the same operator.
- If any extension is to be a member of more than one company, then, you need to purchase the Biztouch 3 phones (line mode version) so you know what line a call is coming in on.
On a older Bizfon 680 box 1, at least several years old, you may need a software upgrade in order to use this card. Please contact Bizfon tech support to learn if you will need this or not. |
