This product is a very inexpensive way to provide music on hold to your customers calling into your Talkswitch, Bizfon, or Venture IP system. You will need a 3.5mm MONO cable to connect this to your music on hold jack on the back of the Talkswitch. Select the mono cable option to purchase this cable.
