The CS-7500 has an automatic or semi-automatic switching mode and will route calls to the correct connected device, you can share 1 or 2 phone lines. One interesting feature of the CS-7500 is you can fax a document and the device will capture it and send it to your PC/Modem! You can also reverse the process and use your fax machine as a printer. See the manual located on the vendor site for very specific programming details if you have a question as to what exactly the switch can do, it very flexible. The link is at the end of this description. This is a very nice product.
