These headsets work with phones that have RJ9 or RJ22 headset ports. They can also work with phones with a 2.5mm or no headset port, to use with those types of phones, you will need to lift the handset to use the headset unless you buy our adapter cable with the amplifier. Our adapter cable allows the headset amplifier to be used with a phone that has a 2.5mm headset port. including the phones headset button! These are better quality headsets than any 2.5mm headset. Headsets come in amplified, or, not amplified. Amplified will help with quieter calls, most all phones do not have a good enough amplifier. Also, a real amplifier will also reduce ECHO and other sounds. |
