The ITW Linx Towermax Cat 5-235-RJ45, CAT5-235-RJ45, is an add-on module for the Towermax 4 or 8 KSU base modules. Typical uses for this module include protection between buildings as a primary building entrance protector for KSU/PBX Systems. UL Listed per 497, 497B.
The ITW CAT5-235-RJ45 allows you to protect pins 1-8 of a voice Cat 5 cable (not for network!) via RJ45 cabling for input and output. The module is entirely solid state. Clamping voltage is 235 VDC.
The ITW Linx CAT5-235-RJ45 measures 4.25" X 4.25" X 1.42". This unit meets or exceeds the TIA/EIA 568-B standard for Cat 5. Lifetime product warranty, $50,000 connected equipment warranty. |
