The ITW Linx Towermax Cat 5-235, CAT5-235, is an add-on module for the Towermax 4 or 8 KSU base modules. Typical uses for this module include protection between buildings as a primary building entrance protector for KSU/PBX Systems. UL Listed per 497, 497B.
The ITW CAT5-235 allows you to protect pins 1-8 of a voice Cat 5 cable (not for network!). The Towermax Cat 5-235 features a 110 punchdown block for inputs and output. The module is entirely solid state. Clamping voltage is 235 VDC.
The ITW Linx CAT5-235 measures 4.25" X 4.25" X 1.42". This unit meets or exceeds the TIA/EIA 568-B standard for Cat 5. Lifetime product warranty, $50,000 connected equipment warranty. |
