The ITW Linx Towermax 8 Com Data, also called the M8COM-60, is perfect for small office phone systems. It protects up to 4 phone lines, one T1 or leased line, and one Ethernet line. Phone/T1 protection is via patented SignalPerfect auto-resetting PTCRs. This unit can be expanded via optional Towermax modules.
The M8COM-60 plugs into the wall via a space saving 8 ft right angle plug.
The Towermax 8 Com/Data protects against prolonged over-voltages as well as surges. The 8 AC outlets are angled to allow transformers to easily connect. 4 are always on, and 4 are switched. This unit uses the new Surgegate Circuitry which disconnects power in extended over-voltage situations, and reconnects once the over-voltage has ended.
The ITW Linx M8COM-60 can handle up to 15A at 1800W of equipment. The response time is less than 1 nanosecond, and it is UL1449 rated at 330V. The spike capacity is 52,000A. |
