The ITW Linx Racmax 3400 RM3400 can protect up to 12 AC lines and is perfect for cabinet or equipment mount applications, including servers, routers, gateways, etc. The unit has a power switch (guard control), and a 15A circuit breaker on the front. Also on the front are 4 AC outlets and 3 indicator lights. This unit will not properly protect a home theater system, this unit is more for network components, servers, and other types of powered equipment. On the back of the unit are the other 8 outlets, and, a ground lug. This unit has Surgegate Plus circuitry which prevents prolonged surges and undervoltage damage.
