ITW Linx Max8 Series |
The ITW Linx Max 8 series products are designed for most any size system with any number of outside signal paths. These units are compatable with Panamax Allpath modules, however, there is no connected equipment warranty when used in this manner as this is a multi-vendor setup. It does, however, work! This allows you to custom configure a surge protector for your exact application. These units have Surgegate Plus circuitry which protects against prolonged overvoltages and undervoltages. For these types of surges, the unit will disconnect power and reconnect it when power returns to a safe level. While this sounds like a simple concept, you'll find UPS's and other surge protectors do not protect against prolonged overvoltage situations as they have no similar circuit. The Max8 series also has "SignalPerfect" circuitry for coax, satellite, and phone connections. This circuit optimizes protection to ensure a clear signal. The warranty on these units is lifetime, if the unit ever fails for any reason, ITW will replace it. There is also a LIFETIME protected equipment warranty, ITW Linx will repair or replace up to $50,000 of equipment, including damage from lightning! ITW Linx does stand by their warranty.
