The Panamax Max 2 Sub can protect up to 2 AC lines and is typically used to protect a subwoofer when the sub is not able to be plugged into the same surge protector as the rest of an audio video system. The unit is directly plugged into a wall outlet. The unit also has line fault, ground ok, and protection ok lights. The AC outlets are side mounted to allow closer wall clearance.
