The Panamax Max 2 Tel can protect up to 2 AC lines and one single-line phone line, and is perfect for space sensitive or portable applications. The unit is directly plugged into a wall outlet. The unit also has ground ok, line fault, and protection ok lights. The AC outlets are side mounted to allow closer wall clearance.
Phone protection is provided via RJ-11 jacks (pins 4,5), and a 7 foot phone cord is included. The clamping level is 260V, and is fuseless.
Typical uses for the Max2 Tel include a computer with modem, a fax machine, or a powered phone. It is also useful for taking on trips with portable computers.
