Panamax Max 8, MFP Series |
We are a Panamax Authorized Internet Dealer. What this means to you is that we carry the full Panamax warranty, and are trained to help you correctly hookup and select the right product. As stated on the Panamax home page, internet purchases do not carry the Panamax warranty unless purchased from an authorized internet dealer, and Ebay purchases are *never* warranted. Most internet dealers are NOT authorized (there's less than 10 of them). The Panamax Max 8 series products are designed for most any size system with any number of outside signal paths. These units are expandable via add-on signal line modules sold on this site, which means you can custom configure a surge protector for your exact application. These units have AVM (Automatic Voltage Monitoring) circuitry which protects against prolonged overvoltages and undervoltages. For these types of surges, the unit will disconnect power and reconnect it when power returns to a safe level. While this sounds like a simple concept, you'll find UPS's and other surge protectors do not protect against prolonged overvoltage situations as they have no similar circuit. This also means your equipment is better protected than the Panamax Powermax series, thus the higher warranty. The Max8 series also has "SignalPerfect" circuitry for coax, satellite, and phone connections. This circuit optimizes protection to ensure a clear signal. The warranty on these units is lifetime, if the unit ever fails for any reason, Panamax will replace it. There is also a LIFETIME protected equipment warranty, Panamax will repair or replace up to $5,000,000 of equipment, including damage from lightning! Panamax does stand by their warranty, but, you have to buy from an authorized dealer.
All units are BRAND NEW, US marketed, and unused unless specifically stated otherwise, no gray market items. We do not sell reconditioned or refurbished items unless noted clearly. |
