The Panasonic KX-TG4500B is a 4 line, cordless, expandable, 5.8GHz phone system. This item includes the base with corded phone, and, one cordless handset. The cordless handset is separate from the base, i.e., this comes as being useable for TWO people. This replaces the old KX-TG4000 system from Panasonic.
KX-TG4500 B features include:

- Conference call, up to 3 people total, transfer calls, put callers on hold, mute, call record

- Limited to use by 5 simultaneous users (base + 4 cordless handsets), number of users can vary based on system usage
- Voicemail (up to 100 minutes). 1 General mailbox + 1 for each handset. Check voicemail remotely if you are using an auto attendant. Voicemail can be configured to send a page or call a cell phone when a new message is received
- Auto Attendant allows access to handsets, or, use ring groups to ring certain phones on calls on a given line
- Call block up to 8 number patterns
- The KX-TG4500B has a music on hold input, record a source into memory via audio connector and included cable, typically connects via PC style audio connector
- Multiple ringtones (3 tones, 4 melodies)
- Caller ID and call waiting caller ID, memory holds the last 50
