The Plantronics CT12 is a cordless headset and telephone combo that works well as a Talkswitch mobile extension. Many of our customers have a need for at least 1 mobile headset solution. A true cordless headset, where you can answer calls while away from your desk, is extremely expensive, more than $300! The Plantronics CT12 is only slightly larger (the phone can fit in the palm of your hand but is typically attached to you via a clip), and, at a fraction of the cost. Also, unlike a cordless headset, with the CT12, you can also place calls, transfer calls, and more all of which cannot be done on a cordless headset. So, for many of our customers, this is a perfect cost effective solution.
The Plantronics CT12 uses 2.4GHz technology for excellent range. The microphone is noise canceling for great sound quality. Features include:

- Attach to your desk phones data port if you wish (or simply split the wall outlet), use desk phone when at desk, CT12 when mobile.
- Message waiting indicator works with Talkswitch. Buttons include FLASH for Talkswitch hold and transfers, and, all the numbers and # and *.
- The CT12 battery life is very long, generally at least 5-6 hours of actual use!
