The ITA is no longer made by Polycom, however, this Konexx adapter is virtually the same thing.

This unit allows your Polycom system to work with a digital phone system. Setup is very easy. Plug the adapter into the handset jack on your telephone system phone, plug the conference phone into this adapter, and use the 4 position switch, it will work! You can also plug your handset back into this adapter if you want. AC Powered.
