The Voicestation 300 is suitable for use by up to 4 people, microphone range is about 7 feet. You can hold a meeting at any time, without a conference room. This phone allows full duplex operation. Speakers can talk and hear at the same time, providing a natural 2 way conversation, no one person at a time problem. The unit adjusts to your room to filter out background noise such as fans, projectors, heating, air conditioning, and more. It comes with 3 microphones, giving 360 degree coverage, and one speaker. Buttons include flash, redial, hold, mute. It also has a data port to allow your phone, modem, fax, etc. to be plugged in at the same time. There is also a RCA jack to allow recording.
