This system is configured with the following limits: 16 trunk lines, 32 local extensions, 16 Port Voicemail, Multi Level Auto Attendants, 511 mailboxes, 128 messages per box, 40 hours recording time. Also, this bundle includes 25 PVT-30D Key Phones. We also offer leases on these systems! We strongly recommend adding the optional remote configuration kit as this allows the factory to do some setup, management, and troubleshooting for your system. It's well worth the cost! It also allows you to remotely change settings on your system should the need arise. It is also possible for you to configure your own system, but, this is a very functional system with a lot of options. Setup is Windows software based. This system can be exanded to add many more CO lines, and, many more local extensions. It can also be linked to a second system if you outgrow it. You can use key telephones, and, regular analog phones, there is also an operator console you can buy. This is an enormously powerful system for the price! The system is designed in such a manner that any damage that may occur from say lightning will only kill non key components, perhaps the power supply. We still recommend proper surge protection however.
There are 3 open slots in this system, 1 of the 2 high speed slots, and, 2 regular slots. The high speed slot can accomodate the T1 card, ISDN PRI, and the duolink card to link 2 systems. The remaining 2 slots can handle any cards except the duolink, ISDN PRI, and the T1. So, you have the ability to use regular analog lines, or, if you have a lot of lines, the T1 card allows you to use up to the 24 lines it can provide. T1 lines become cheaper than regular analog lines once you get a larger number of lines. Other cards that can be added include extension port cards, and analog CO line cards. |
