This license requires a Talkswitch with an ethernet port (VS model or 48-CA or 48-CVA, not older models), and, software version 4.10 or later. This license allows you to run the attendant console. This product provides visibility into phone lines, calls, extensions, and allows instant messaging to others running the software. The attendant console is a software based receptionist console product and more. It is cheaper than many traditional large operator consoles and is appropriate for customers who want to handle calls through one central person. The console has more functions than the traditional hardware based consoles. It can be used with or without an auto attendant. The software loads as a service on a single PC in your company. Other PCs running the console then connect to that PC. The same PC can run the service and the software, no dedicated machine is necessary. You can load the client software on all pcs if you wish, no additional license is needed, it's a site license. This would give all people a view of the calls and statuses. |
