The Talkswitch TS-9112i is a basic IP phone used with Talkswitch systems with a network port running at least software version 5.0. The phone is auto provisioned by Talkswitch. The caller ID memory is 200 calls, and, it has a 200 entry phone directory. It is powered by a power adapter, not PoE. Please note that while Aastra sells the 9112i, it is not even close to the same phone, only the shell in the same. The Talkswitch phone has Talkswitch firmware in it which provides more functions and allows it to work with Talkswitch. With a VOIP-enabled TalkSwitch system and broadband internet access, the TS-9112i can also be used as an external IP extension. Plug the phone in anywhere and it can function just like your extensions in the office. It's the perfect solution for teleworkers who split their time between the office and their home office.
