Please note this upgrade kit is NOT for the Talkswitch 24-CA, that is a different kit! This is for the old model Talkswitch 24.

If you order this upgrade, please put the serial number of your Talkswitch 24 in the order comments. We have to know the serial number so we can properly send you the product. This kit is easy to install if you can use a screwdriver. A new case is included as there are more holes in the Talkswitch 48-NLS case since it has more incoming and outgoing lines. You simply unscrew the board inside from the old case, screw it back into the new case, and plug the new board on top of the old board. You now have a real Talkswitch 48-NLS. The settings for the original 2 lines in, and 4 local extensions remain unchanged!
