Product Knowledge. Power Systems provides you with extensive product knowledge should you need help in picking a product. We can answer your questions! On our Talkswitch PBX products, we can assist with designing your system menus and options. We can beat any internet price on these systems.
Inventory. We show our inventory levels for our items on our web site, no more guessing or hoping if a product is in stock.
Valid Warranty. The products we sell always come with a full manufacturer warranty unless otherwise clearly noted. Numerous internet stores sell non-warranted units. We simply do not sell products not authorized to be sold by us, and we have no gray market, foreign marketed, stolen, or relabelled items. Often times, foreign marketed units look the same, but do not always include the same items in the box, and often times cannot be repaired if something goes wrong. Many manufacturers no longer warrant equipment purchased from non-authorized dealers, you warranty is safe when you purchase from us.
Convenient Hours. We are generally open from 8AM to 5:00PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Choice. All of our products ship from the US, some competitors ship from Canada for items such as the Talkswitch systems, causing import delays, brokerage fees, etc. For your convenience, we offer UPS and USPS as choices for shipping. We offer ground service, priority mail, 3 day, 2 day, and next day deliveries. Generally, orders in by 1PM Pacific time on a weekday and in stock will ship the same day. All Talkswitch brand items shipping to Canada originate from Canada, no tax or brokerage fees.
Price. We provide you with the lowest price possible on our items. In some cases, manufacturers do not allow us to sell below a set price, we protect your warranty by not undercutting that price. Dealers that undercut required pricing will lose authorized status, and in many cases, void the warranties of the products they sold. We also do not quote an artificially low price, and then gouge you for shipping. While a super-low price may look good, when a customer finds out all the surcharges and what they will pay for shipping, they often go elsewhere. On our Talkswitch systems, we can beat any legitimate internet dealer price.For volume purchases, please give us a call.
We will accept phone orders, but it is always faster and more reliable to order via the internet. This is a secure shopping site, and we use 128 bit SSL encryption. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, postal money orders, cash, and online checks.
