We DO detect and prosecute fraudulent orders with the assistance of the FBI. We do not ship to all foreign countries. Many foreign orders are shipped with the assistance of Escrow.Com, and an additional order charge may apply. We will confirm total shipping charges to all foreign customers before accepting payment or shipping. For foreign orders, the shipping company may charge you a brokerage fee, customs fees, taxes levied by your country, or some other form of import fee.
If you place your order by phone, we will provide a tracking number when the item ships if you provide us an email address when ordering. Orders placed via the internet always, receive their tracking number at the email address provided when you register, except for the postal service who does not always provide tracking numbers, and some very rare circumstances.
We cannot provide tracking numbers over the phone. Please check your email filters! We have numerous customers who filter out "junk mail" and end up filtering out their shipping notification! If you really need a tracking number, and you are certain you did not get one, please contact us via email. The US postal service does not always provide tracking numbers.
If you qualify for free 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping, your item may actually ship via ground if the carrier transit schedule guarantees delivery within the appropriate number of business days. Shipping days are measured from the date shipped, not the date the order is placed. Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 US states, discounted shipping may be arranged for foreign orders, we will confirm shipping charges with you before shipment.
Shipping costs will be charged based on the shipping method chosen, and generally include delivery confirmation / tracking. All items shipped from Power Systems are double-boxed. Please note that the US Postal service does not guarantee priority mail to be delivered in 2-3 days, though they strive for that. Some shipments may require a signature. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. Items in stock are generally shipped within one day. All items purchased from Power Systems are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We do insure our packages as a service to you and will assist in insurance claims against a carrier.
Sales will be made *only* to persons 21 years of age or older if purchasing via a credit card. By placing this order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are 21 years of age or older. Additionally, in most states, false representations of age is a state crime.
In the unlikely event that the product is dead on arrival, you may send it back (within 7 days of receipt) for exchange, please email or call us first for instructions on where to ship. An exchange or warranty replacement is not considered a return. A "return" is where you decide you do not want the product and want a refund. There are NO "returns" under any circumstances for Voice recordings, software, Extended Warranties, LCD TVs and monitors, headsets (unless unopened), UPS Systems, or Plasma TVs, leased equipment as the lease agreement applies instead, and monitors, the manufacturer warranty applies, shipping damage will be replaced however if reported within 7 days of receipt. You will pay for the shipping on the return, we pay for ground shipping back to you. After 7 days, the manufacturer�s warranty applies unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisified with a product, you may return it (unless it is a no return item) at your expense. There is a 15% handling/restocking fee for all returned products, plus the shipping charges we incurred. For all products that we accept returns for, the product must be received by us within 30 days from the date shipped to you, must be in the original container, must be in original condition, and must be resaleable else additional charges may apply. Refused shipments in many cases results in an additional shipping charge that we pay to the shipping company, we do not refund that to you.
All products are brand new, unused, and have normal manufacturer wear, unless otherwise noted. If the product breaks, you need to deal with the manufacturer per your warranty agreement, or, the extended warranty provider.
